Founded in December 2018, we are a Monash University material science and design engineering student team with a vision to dive deeper into the world of traditional and contemporary metallurgy for a sustainable future.
Through our projects and initiatives, we strive to spread education, inspire sustainability, and provide unmatched performance.
What we do
Our team aims to offer a multiplicity of expertly crafted products and high quality services, working to continuously expand our capabilities and proficiency. Learning is fundamental to Monash Forge - both for members of the team and for members of the general public who interact with the team. Monash Forge provides an excellent opportunity for students to develop professional skills such as teamwork, communication and leadership, whilst also expanding their technical skillbase and giving them the opportunity to apply knowledge learnt throughout their degrees for a heightened understanding of key concepts. Our team’s safe-to-fail environment embraces mistakes and failure as learning opportunities, supporting students in continuous personal and professional development.
