The Onboarding and Training Committee is an integral part of the team, as they work to ensure that the onboarding process for newer recruits goes smoothly and that any points of confusion are addressed quickly and precisely!

The Sustainability Committee is in charge of overseeing the Monash Forge pillar of Sustainability. This involves gathering data about Monash Forge’s operations and relaying them to the team, as well as investigating cleaner technology which could be implemented into the team!

The Safety Committee is also an integral part of the team, as they work to ensure that all possible sources of danger within the team are addressed and handled in an appropriate manner. They work with others in their relevant sections to develop procedures to improve the safety for the whole team and address unsafe practices or concerns.
